Approval of Treasurer’s Report:  See at bottom of blog post.

1. Financials

   1. Treasurer's Report

      1. Musical Money

         1. Silent Auction Baskets - $5115 less 1 basket not picked up - $4965

         2. Concessions - $864

         3. Expenses - $674.05 ($47.45 from Wix fees - credit card processing)

         4. Profit for Choir Fund - $5154.95

      2. Teacher Allocations

         1. Discussion about District process

         2. Decision to extend to May 15, 2025

         3. Email to be sent to teachers who have not yet submitted requests

         4. For future years, have a rep from CCA FAME to attend trainings to remind teachers about this funding and purpose of use.

   Fundraising

   1. Monster Band

      1. Sign up genius - not needed, we have 8 volunteers

      2. Individual treats - wrapped for individual sale, $1 each

   2. Sponsorship thoughts for next year

      1. Continue recognition - online and in programs

      2. Raffle for an item for those who have sponsored

      3. Selective seating at an event

      4. Preferred parking

   Curricular/Non-curricular Discussion

   1. Band

      1. Marching band uniforms to be purchased next year.

      2. 250 uniforms needed in various sizes.

      3. CCA HS hosting Corridor Marching Classic

         1. Consider ideas for additional fundraising related to this event

         2. Programs with ad spaces

      4. Funding request of FAME? How much is needed?

   2. Color Guard

      1. Rifles

      2. New uniforms

   3. Query - what constitutes a curricular purchase and what constitutes a non-curricular purchase.  Both band and color guard are courses.  Therefore, shouldn’t uniforms and such be covered by district funding?

3. Choir Concert - May 12th
