Fundraising
Band -
Update on new uniforms: Cost is over $138,000…. $169,000
The school has raised around a little under $4,000 so far. A lot of small donations. Chris will send business donations
Raising Cane’s fundraiser =$450
Do we have any updates on the district contributions?
There is not money in the general fund this year to contribute
Top priority is the jackets. Were these able to be purchased? Where did the money come from?
164 jackets for $38,000 this takes all of the money we currently have
36 additional jackets are $8,496….could scale back to purchasing 11 additional jackets this year to fit next years band ...This gets us to 200 jackets
Next priority is hat wraps - $11,000 for 175
Gauntlets are next at $8267
Band program might have funds remaining in their supplies budget to support some of the purchase at the end of the year.
