1. Financials -

   1. Fund Highlights

      1. Band (non-uniform account):  $7805.06

      2. Show Choir (not including Carver):  $4721.46

      3. Speech:  -$5069.14 (waiting for cash and Wix payments to deposit to fund) this WILL be in the positive by next meeting

      4. Theater: $2260.71

      5. Uniforms (Band):  $8012.62 - Chris Requested $5,000 from this amount

   2. Carver/Xtream Highlights

      1. Total earned through 1/20/2026 = $15000

      2. Earnings through December 2025 have been allocated to the various funds requested by volunteers.

NOTE:  The Carver funds are held in the General Fund until all receipts for that month are deposited.  Once the final deposit is made for a month worked, the funds will be dispersed to the various funds:  art, band, musical, show choir, speech, etc.

Fundraising

1. Band -

   1. Update on next purchase of uniforms 

      1. Very close to ready to purchase gauntlets and hats. ~$3,500 short. 164 Jackets, Gauntlets and Hats are on track to be ready for next year. Tom thinks the school may be able to close the gap.  

   2. School will be working on a fundraising plan for next year and future years to help band reach their goal. Will still need pants and additional increases for future years (above 164). 

2. State Speech Concessions - Update next month; informal update -- we will be in the black! :)

   1. Choral Reading, Solo Mime, Ensemble: Rituals, Improv: Henry and Odin, Improv: Tessa, Oliver, Elijah, Musical Theatre: Civil War, Nunsense….CCA SCHOOL RECORD!!!  $7500 taken in from the school

   2. Great feedback from visitors regarding the energy level of helpers and the CCA community. Really smooth and on-time. Only negative comments were about insufficient space for musical theater. 

3. Carver Volunteers Needed:February 14th - need 1 - 3 volunteersFebruary 25th - need 3 volunteers

4. MS Honor Band - Need 3 Volunteers for Concession Stand - Feb 21st; This will be a snack-type concession. A couple of hours for time segments. 

   1. Students who need volunteer hours for Silver Cord?

   2. Did Ann have anyone sign up? - LIndsey is going to email

5. Silent Auction for Musical - JP, Peg

   1. In progress; Looking for any additional donation ideas 

   2. Would like to see donations by the end of March

   3. Looking at no more than 50 baskets 

   4. We do have around 20 currently which should be sufficient. 

   5. Email Megan Carlo to get the details about the parking spots. 

   6. Check with Bryant’s and Revive

   7. We do have letterhead memos to document donations for tax purposes. 

   8. There were requests sent to Amana businesses.

6. Any update on Cake Auction? - Liz Boughton

   1. In progress. No specific update

7. Sugar bottom cookies fundraising - JP

   1. When should we target it to try to avoid asking people to buy too soon again. Perhaps in May?
